Represented client in the acquisition of eight warehouse facilities throughout Connecticut. Aggregate purchase price: $62,890,000.00.
Represented local single family home developer in property acquisition, declaration of common interest communities, closing of acquisition and construction financing, and sales of 60 units to date, with an additional 140 units presently pending land use approval.
Represented local “high end” single-family home developer in lower Fairfield County with land acquisition, declaration of common interest communities and private subdivisions, closing of acquisition and construction financing, completion of 1031 tax free exchanges, and sales of approximately 30 units totaling over $30,000,000 with property sales prices ranging from $900,000.00 to $4,200,000.00 per home.
Represented client to complete complex acquisition of tenant occupied industrial property with environmental issues, together with bank financing, and a loan from client to the purchaser of the manufacturing business, secured by business assets and additional real estate collateral.
