Joshua Soloway is the Chief Executive Officer of Willinger, Willinger & Bucci (WWB) and the Managing Member of Soloway Group PC. At WWB, he leads the firm’s strategic vision, operational growth, and business development initiatives, drawing from a unique background as an attorney, serial entrepreneur, and investment banking executive.
With deep experience in complex transactions and high-growth environments, Joshua advises companies, business owners, and investors across the energy, finance, real estate, technology, and climate sectors. He specializes in structuring sophisticated deals—including capital raises, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations—and guiding clients through major inflection points such as scaling, strategic exits, and expansion through acquisition.
Before founding Soloway Group PC, Joshua held leadership roles at large New York law firms, where he built and led Venture Capital and Emerging Company practices. He began his legal career at PwC New York, advising institutional investors and asset managers on fund structuring, M&A, and investment transactions. He later served as Managing Director of Rainmaker Global’s New York office—growing it into the firm’s highest-performing location—and co-founded Ameritus Capital Group, an investment banking and advisory firm.
An experienced legal and business leader, Joshua has also served as Chief Legal Officer for multiple companies. He began his career as an early team member at a SoftBank-backed technology company and has founded businesses in real estate, consulting, and technology.
Joshua holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Colorado. He is licensed to practice in New York and served as Chair of the American Bar Association’s CleanTech and Climate Change Committee. Joshua is a member of the LegalShield Sounding Board. He has held FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 Investment Banking licenses.
Outside of his firm leadership, Joshua serves on the boards of the Child Rescue Association and the Economic Club of Africa New York. He was appointed Special Counsel to the Vatican’s impact accelerator, the Laudato Si Challenge, co-hosted The Funding Lab podcast, and is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship, private capital transactions, innovation, and climate technologies.
At WWB, Joshua is leading the firm’s evolution into a high-performance, technology-forward legal platform—focused on delivering exceptional results for clients and redefining what a modern law firm should be.
Joshua lives in Darien, CT with his wife, two daughters, and their beloved pup Luka.
