MARK H. MIDDLEN
Admitted to practice law in the federal and state courts of both Connecticut and Massachusetts, Mark H. Middlen, a partner in the firm, is a seasoned and tenacious litigator with over 25 years of courtroom experience and a proven track record of success on behalf of a wide and varied portfolio of clients.
Mark prides himself on advocating for injured parties in personal injury matters, wronged spouses/companions in divorce and family matters, property owners in municipal tax appeals, and defendants in criminal matters.
As a husband and father, Mark also brings the necessary amount of compassion to the practice of law, especially in personal injury and divorce/family matters. He understands that each client and each case is different, and he works unceasingly to advocate for and craft a resolution that is just, fair, and appropriate for each client’s circumstances.
Whether their case is resolved through settlement or trial, clients know that Mark is always on their side, fighting vigorously for them from day one, giving them a voice and achieving the results their case truly warrants.
Mark is a summa cum laude graduate of Fitchburg State University (BA, 1991) and earned his law degree from Western New England University School of Law (JD, 1994).
Mark is proud to give back to his community as a member of the Norwalk Rotary Club.
A longtime part of the legal community, Mark is a member of the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association, the Fairfield County Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.

When not working, Mark enjoys running and spending time with his family. He is also active as both a softball and ice skating dad.
